First, see where you are-realistically. It's hard to manage the emotions but you need to deal with the self-talk and questions such as: Should I really continue? Should I change direction? Should I just quit? Am I good enough? Deal with this first! Evaluate what’s working and what’s not. Write out your list.
Then spend time listening to good and inspiring input. Audio books, podcasts. Write this in your schedule. You need it! Brainstorm some possibilities for your next baby steps. You should have your goals written out for the year and next steps. If not, that will be covered in a future episode! Celebrate your baby steps. I love the feeling of accomplishment! This helps you mentally.
