Career Capital is called capital because it’s a valuable transition tool during your second half. Think of money in the bank. (I call this the SKILLS BANK) It’s there…it’s safe. Running a non-profit for a year, I didn’t realize the value of what I obtained in leadership, organization, structure, and working with personalities. Many don’t add in research skills, leadership skills, managing projects, a bedside manner, discernment. Don’t just stop at work experience.
