In a previous episode about Position (your current position #168) I delve into the practical application of my HALFERS Model in helping to determine our current position, our Point A as we go through each of the seven essential facets, with definitions and questions we can ask ourselves. As a quick recap, here are the facets that the HALFERS Model encompasses: Health, Attitude, Learning, Finances, Employment, Relationships, Spirituality. The next step that we cover here is to think about what your best life looks like for each of the seven facets of your life to identify your Point B.

After you've identified Point A and Point B for each of the seven HALFERS Model aspects of our lives we now have a general understanding of the direction in which we want to go. But what now? We cover five actions to then take: reflect, capture your thoughts, brainstorm, ask for help and act.
